It may be simple but it’s powerful features, accuracy, reliability, and speed make it almost unmatched in the market. The manual version of the Minilase fiber laser marking system grants almost all same features of the full Minilase but at a lower cost, allowing it to stand as the preferred option if you are looking for an affordable machine capable of marking almost every metal, plastic and more.

Maintenance-free, non-complicated and yet packing an MOPA Fiber Laser, this system brings you faster, more accurate & flexible laser marking than any CO2 or Nd:YAG based system, the laser life out lasts its fellow counterparts based on alternative technologies.

Easily trolley mounted, this is a desktop based fiber laser marking system is perfect for direct part marking, or engraving on a variety of parts and items on the shop floor. Making itself at home in a variety of environments, from busy production lines with harsh environments to jewellery shops or hygiene centric scenarios commonplace with medical equipment manufacturer and food packaging.

The front door is lightweight and ergonomic thanks to a spring-loaded system. The Feature-Rich, Powerful & Affordable Fiber Laser Marking System

All you really need is a USB connection to a desktop PC, laptop or tablet/laptop hybrid to start designing and marking through the Minilase™ Pro SE software. Almost instantly mark text, images/graphics, barcodes, serial and date codes and more. You can use almost any source file to with our software, from AI to JPG’s and TTF’s.

Need to mark around a part without any manual intervention? No problem, you can easily bolt-on the micro rotary device for 360° radial control.

Within the package is enclosed a Quick Start Guide, so you can be up and running within minutes, and if you want more information, we offer support/training programs alongside video tutorials on our website, laser programming manuals and anything else you might need to help you along the way.

The Minilase Pro SE is a powerful laser marking software, which is made easy to use with its drag-and-drop functionality. The software is included free of charge with any Tykma Electrox laser system. Below are some of the software's key features:

Text creator


Select the text creator button, type the text required, click apply and you're done! You can choose from any TrueType font on your system.

Barcode creator


Using the barcode creator tool, you can select from a large range of popular barcode types, including EAN, UPC,  QRCODES, Datamatrix and more.



You can create a multitude of shapes with the easy to use drag and drop editor, including a rectangle. circle, ellipse and polygon. Alternatively, you can use the pen tool to create your own custom shape.


Import your existing files

The Minilase Pro works with almost any graphic format, such as  DXF, AI, PLT, Bitmap or JPEG. The files you can easily be imported into the software by selecting the import function.


Object layers

The object list panel allows you to select each object on the canvas and assign it an individual marking parameter. Additionally, you can decide on the order in which you want to mark the objects.

The system does the hard work for you. Ideal for production lines, the system allows you to automatically increment serial numbers for marking.


Excel and TXT file integration

Excel and plain text files can be imported for quick incremental marking. You can even connect different Excel or TXT files to individual elements on the canvas.


Variable date formats

The system can dynamically insert the current date for marking. You can also select from a range of variable date formats.


Dynamic time

The dynamic time feature is an exceptional tool for production lines. The system automatically inserts the current time  for marking. You can select from various time formats.
