N-Lase Workstation

Laser Marking. At Scale.

The N-Lase Workstation is a true workhorse laser solution. Best suited for high-demand, large-format, industrial engraving and marking applications, the Workstation is engineered to give you the space and flexibility to work on almost any project. Boasting an expansive work area and great features allows you to work without barriers.

The N-Lase Workstation – British Design and Build

Clever British design underpins the system in every way, from the generous metric tooling base plate for part and accessory positioning to the 3-side access for full 180-degree workspace access and of course a large viewing window for visual checks.

Ergonomic centric with operator comfort a priority at the front stands an automatic door and a position adjustable touchscreen interface. The programmable z-axis for laser height adjustment allows quick and easy changes in-between marking components and rack storage at the base allows additional space for systems and upgrades.

Class 4 override for large parts and components

The Class 4 override included with the N-Lase Workstation allows you to operate the machine with the front door open. The class 4 override feature is ideal if you are aiming to mark or engrave large-sized parts or components that would not fit in a standard-sized laser machine.

Mark, Engrave and Cut

Available in a variety of configurations with the full range of our fibre lasers, 20W – 100W and with up to 39 selectable waveforms and a variety of focal lenses to suit your requirements you will find you can solve any application, mark or cut most materials, quickly and smartly.

Whether you require marking part numbers or date values for traceability or add copyright and branding to your products, the Workstation can complete the task with little effort.

The N-Lase Designer software makes it easy

Featuring a touch screen monitor and an advanced on-board processor, operators can easily select and edit pre-configured marking programs.

With our software, programming is made a breeze; easily mark text, graphics, logos, barcodes, serial number, QR’s and more. Featuring CAD style tools, just drop in imagery, fonts, vectors, jpg’s, or almost anything else and start marking.

The software is also designed to work within a production line environment with features such as incremental serial numbers, database integration, dynamic date and time and much more. With little fuss, the software can be pre-configured with hardly any input needed by the operator while marking. Simply load the part, mark and repeat.
