Portable Fiber Laser Marking: GN-FS

Our GN-FS Series of handheld fiber laser marking systems have been specifically designed to be fully portable. Programmed via a laptop upon which the software is controlled the GN-FS is simple and quick to set-up and operate anywhere in the factory; we also include a portable stand which can be adjusted to set the correct focal distance.

Static And Dynamic (In-Line) Applications

The GN-FS fiber laser etching machine is ideal for two types of applications:

Static Marking Of Large Parts

GN-FS fiber lasers are perfect for situations whereby large components require laser etching. Rather than face the impossible task of getting your part to the laser marking station, why not take the laser marking system to the part? This is exactly the situation our GN-FS has been designed for; fully portable, trouble free laser marking of large components.

In-Line Dynamic Applications – Production Lines, Conveyors Etc

Due to the compact footprint and lightweight unit, the GN-FS is also ideally suited for integration within production lines, conveyors etc for marking products on the fly/dynamically. Due to intelligent mirror tracking the GN-FS is able to laser mark components as they move.

Handheld Laser Engraver: Software

The GN-FS series of fiber lasers come with Windows based software as standard. The extremely powerful software can be installed on to any PC or laptop which is then connected to the laser unit to enable you to mark all kinds codes such as barcodes, 2D data matrix codes, logo’s, images and text. The PC or laptop only needs to be connected to select messages and can be disconnected during the marking process.

Applications & substrates

The GN-FS Series of fiber laser etching systems are perfectly suited to industrial applications where portability of the laser is required or for applications where in-line laser etching of moving parts is required. The GN-FS is capable of marking the following substrates:

Stainless Steel, Steel, Aluminum, Carbide, Nickel, Titanium, Cast Iron, Chrome, Painted Metal Alloys, Multi-Coated Metals, Plastics, Backlit Buttons, Polycarbonate, Polypropylene, PVC, Rubber, Composites, And Many More.
