U2 Pro Thermal Inkjet Printer • Product Description
AVAILABLE IN IRELAND ONLY
The U2 Pro is designed to offer an alternative solution to a CIJ printer. The Pro is the world’s first thermal inkjet printer to incorporate a solvent compatible cartridge; allowing you to print on a multitude of non-porous applications, such as plastic, PVC, rubber and stainless steel. The Pro is a compact unit that can fit comfortably into any production line (brackets included in the kit).
Supporting a print height of up to 12.7MM (0.5”), the Pro can print up to 4 lines of text, as well as high-quality logos, graphics, batch code, date/time, QR Code, Data Matrix codes and more.
The unit is built using a robust case construction and includes a 3.5-inch LCD screen. The printer is easily operated using a friendly user interface dashboard and a pocket-sized remote keypad. Additionally, the unit can be connected to the network via WiFi or PC. Extra functionality can be added to the printer using the USB 2.0 connectivity, such as data backups, software updates and external USB keyboard.
The U2 Pro is an excellent option if you are after an affordable substitute to a CIJ printer, offering an efficient, cost-effective and zero-maintenance option for high-res batch and coding printing.
