Our premium Nd:YVO4 (Vanadate) laser is specifically designed for integration into production and manufacturing lines, where long life, reliability, speed and accuracy are the most crucial factors.

Vanadate powered laser marking machines provide maximum application flexibility, the ability to emit at three different wavelengths makes them ideal for a diverse range of materials such as marking metals, plastics; electronic components and annealing medical/surgical implants and devices. This coupled shorter pulse time and repetition rate grants Vanadate lasers such as the Virtus™ a significant advantage over YAG lasers in overall speed, accuracy, reliability and performance.

The Virtus™ laser marking machine is diode-pumped, delivering a superior beam quality and pulse-to-pulse stability, making it perfect for heat-affected zone (HAZ) applications and ablation marking (such as day/night marking within the automotive industry).

With a greatly extended lifespan and the latest, the most advanced features in the laser marking industry, the Virtus™ carries a three year diode warranty as standard and is available in either a 10 or 20 watt configuration.
